Please read these Terms and Conditions of Sale carefully & keep a copy
- By placing an order through this site, you are deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions. Ciderniks reserves the right to refuse to process any order. In this case, monies paid will be refunded.
- All purchasers must be aged at least 18 and resident in the United Kingdom. You may be asked to prove your age or identity before goods are handed to you on delivery. Acceptable forms of identification are a valid Passport, a valid UK Photocard Driving Licence or a valid Proof of Age (Pass) card.
- Deliveries can only be made to UK residential or business addresses.
- If you have paid by credit card, delivery can only be made to you, in person, and you may be asked to show the same credit card before goods are handed over on delivery.
- If goods cannot be delivered due to a breach of Conditions 2,3 or 4 above, they will be returned to Ciderniks. You may apply to Ciderniks for a refund the value of the order less the delivery costs incurred.
- Orders will not be dispatched until full payment has been received.
- We will advise you of the expected delivery date, but cannot guarantee that delivery will be made on this date, nor can we provide a time slot. Where tracking of the delivery is available, we will advise you of the relevant tracking code(s). Goods are carried subject to the Carrier’s terms and conditions.
- We take every effort to ensure that your order is delivered safely and intact. In the event of any breakages in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- If you are not available to receive the order, the delivery service will advise you of attempted delivery. You may also receive an email. It is your responsibility to contact the delivery service to arrange redelivery. If it appears to not be possible to deliver to you, the delivery service may return the goods to Ciderniks. In this event, you may apply to Ciderniks for a refund of the value of the order less the delivery costs incurred.
- Should you need to return any goods, these must be returned in a resaleable condition with all seals intact for a refund to be processed. Carriage costs are at your expense.
In the event of any dispute, please contact us in writing as soon as possible.
